We're looking for an amazing early in career/entry level marketing professional to fill this role, which is remote based reporting to our Seattle office. You'll be responsible for having a passion for solving business problems through curiosity and innovation and have experience in both database and digital analytics. You'll ensure customer data quality and perform Direct Mail and Email list segmentation, data processing and QA for Holland America Line & Seabourn. You'll work in a collaborative environment, one that encourages and embraces creative solutions that are in the best interests of our customers and have an opportunity to partner with internal stakeholders to stay focused on common goals.

Responsibilities

• Email and direct mail list segmentation, data processing, validation, and QA.
• Provides actionable marketing and customer insights to address key strategic questions.
• Tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, ad-hoc analytic requests.
• Analyzes A/B and Multi-variate tests, communicate results and provide recommendations.
• Database management and data quality for Holland America Line & Seabourn.
• Maintains and updates a database management plan and ensures planned data hygiene processing occurs.
• Works closely with developers and business analysts to identify data and functional requirements in the design of new/enhanced systems.
• Ensures user testing is performed.

• Campaign design using CRM System
• Reporting design using CRM System
• Querying using SQL
• Reporting using SQL
• Manipulating and shaping data
• Reporting using digital platform tools (Adobe, Google Analytics)
• Building ETL-like processes to improve data flows
• Reporting and building data dashboarding
• Major Action and Support Actions
• Prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
• Collaborate across organizational lines
• Apply analytical and problem-solving skills
