Seeking an Environmental Services Aide for our practice who provides clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. The Environmental Services Aide duties include but are not limited to:

  • Maintains buildings by performing such tasks as high/low dusting, toilet and shower cleaning and sanitizing, making beds, window cleaning, cafeteria clean up, cleaning walls and removing trash
  • Maintains floors by mopping, buffing, shampooing, vacuuming, and sweeping; may be required to strip and wax floors
  • Cleans, sanitizes and stores equipment according to the procedure
  • Collects and transports clean and soiled linen
  • Adheres to hospital policies and procedures
  • Demonstrates an understanding of and adherence to the Code of Conduct
  • Conduct reflects the Company's values and a commitment to the Code of Conduct
  • Performs other duties as requested or required

Qualifications

Education/Experience

  • Previous professional cleaning experience, especially in a healthcare environment
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Strong customer service skills are required
