- Coordinate, resolve and troubleshoot EDI issues
- Experienced working on technical mapping of EDI
- Experience developing custom solutions
- Ability to work with stakeholders to determine needs and find solutions
- Meeting with business and IT users in requirements gathering/functional design sessions
- Creating required project documentation (Business Requirements documents, Functional design documents, testing scenarios, etc.), and maintaining project issues logs
- Communicating with leadership on status of projects as well as assisting with maintaining project plans and interfacing with external vendors as required for project development
