Introduction to OFCCP
The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (
OFCCP)
enforces laws and regulations that prohibit employment discrimination by federal contractors and subcontractors. The agency
monitors federal contractors primarily through compliance evaluations to ensure that they provide equal employment opportunities
without regard to race/ethnicity, gender, color, religion, national origin, disability or veteran status.
With respect to Internet recruiting, federal contractors and subcontractors must provide evidence of their compliance with
affirmative action laws and regulations including:
- Non-discrimination against job applicants
- Listing open job positions with relevant state agencies
- Accessibility of online job application systems for disabled persons
With our enhanced tools that provide comprehensive solutions, we can help you meet federal requirements and position yourself
for success in the event you are selected for an
OFCCP
audit.
