Position Summary:
Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
Reports to: Director Medical/Surgical B2 and Pediatrics
Minimum Education
Associate's degree in Nursing or RN Diploma - Required
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in Nursing - Preferred
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Computer proficiency required

Certifications:
American Heart Association (AHA) OR American Red Cross Certifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) - Required upon hire
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Required within 12 months of hire

Licenses: State of Tennessee or Multi-State Registered Nurse licensure - Required
