Edamerica of Knoxville, TN is looking to hire 35 on-site full-time Customer Service Representatives. This Customer Service Representative position earns a competitive base wage of $16.20/hour. We also offer great benefits and perks, with an additional $4.41/hour for medical, dental, vision, a flexible spending account (FSA), or a health savings account (HSA). If benefits are not needed, you keep the additional $4.41! We offer 11 paid holidays including Black Friday and Christmas Eve. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE As a Customer Service Representative, the daily responsibilities include answering inbound calls from students and parents, making outbound calls to current or prior students, operating multiple computer programs, and offering first-class customer service. You will have support from senior agents and leadership who are just a phone call away when you need assistance. You will feel rewarded by helping to support students with their life-changing journey.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

  • High school diploma (Associates degree preferred)
  • Computer skills
  • Exceptional customer service and phone skills

We will train the right person on the technical aspects of our software and best practices. Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal? Are you comfortable talking on the phone? Do you enjoy building relationships with people? Are you team-oriented? Do you have creative problem-solving skills? WORK SCHEDULE This position requires flexibility to work evenings throughout the week depending on the business needs and occasional overtime during peak seasons.

Hours of Operation (EST) Monday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m and Friday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Closed Saturday and Sunday
