Starting salary: $55,000

Position will start in August and is located in Hohenwald TN.

 

Job Qualifications:

The Clinic Manager, minimally, holds a master’s degree psychology, social work, counseling, or specifically related field of study and has, minimally three years of work experience in a clinical setting. Prefer candidate to have a license in TN as LCSW, LMFT or LPC-MHP

 

Summary of Job:

Provides administrative oversight over clinical and community-based activities provided by one or more treatment teams comprised of therapists, case managers, nurses, nurse practitioners and psychiatrists.  Assigns caseloads consistent with meeting Centerstone’s productivity expectations and provides or ensures the availability of clinical consultation to team members as needed.   Responsible for working with all Service Line Coordinators, project managers or their designees towards ensuring appropriate clinical and support staffing levels to meet consumer needs.  Has administrative responsibility for the effective coordination of all service lines and support services at clinical locations.  Responsible for coordinating and ensuring an active multidisciplinary treatment team review committee in accordance with Centerstone policy and procedure. Interfaces effectively with external community service agencies and internal Centerstone staff.  If appropriate carries a clinical caseload consistent with credentialing level.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

Ensures all service lines meet or exceed budgeted targets Provides clinical services to a caseload relative to their administrative responsibilities. Provides and /or ensures clinical supervision for all members of the treatment team. Ensures that the therapists, case managers and medical staff complete all clinical record documentation within time frames established by the agency i.e., treatment plans, progress notes, release of information, service listings, etc. Ensures cases are assigned to the treatment team according to caseload expectations. Effectively coordinates all clinical activities at designated clinic locations to ensure that services are rendered with in access standards. Demonstrates good clinical judgment in decision making with regard to consumer services and treatment issues. Demonstrates effective communication and administrative leadership in coordinating support, medical, case management, therapists, and all other services within the region Effectively works with Regional Vice President, office managers, and all service line coordinators towards ensuring appropriate clinical and support staff levels to meet consumer needs. Responds in a timely manner to requests from leadership and keeps Regional Vice President informed of all events that could impact the service lines or budget. Attends staff meetings, supervisory meetings, and training sessions as requested. Demonstrates good verbal and written skills in communicating directives, requests, or instructions to staff members. Ensures that the multidisciplinary treatment team meets in accordance with Centerstone policy and procedure. Promotes and adheres to clinical quality standards according to established clinical protocols.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities for:

  • Compliance requirement for annual completion of Catalytic Coaching and KPI forms
  • Regular and Reliable attendance is required

 

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  • All other duties as assigned
