Job Description
This is a hybrid role. Worker will be required to be onsite 2-3 days a week.

From the manager - MS Office is required- intermediate to strong skills (less concerned with # of years, but the stronger the better). We use Outlook, Teams, Excel, OneNote, and Word the most. Salesforce is preferred.
This candidate will be working with vendors and will need to have excellent communication skills both via phone and email.
I am in need of someone that has technical aptitude and can learn different systems quickly. No coding or programing required, but I do need someone who is comfortable navigating through several different types of systems as part of daily work.


Interacts with customers, vendors, and service representatives to handle a variety of post-sales service functions. Performs, as an experienced professional, Customer Service support tasks to drive increased business efficiency and improved compliance for our end customers. Works independently within existing instructions, methods and techniques, but also collaborates with senior colleagues/ team to create better ways of working as applicable. Delivers outstanding customer service to improve the MVS Purchased Services process to help retain current customer base and expand future clients. Through cost avoidance and cost mitigation, lower the overall operating expenses of MVS to achieve our margin target. Compliance: Preventative Maintenance Compliance at 95% or greater each month; Reduce open work orders to closure target for less than 14 days with correct and thorough documentation: Comply with all Philips and MVS regulations and obtain appropriate approvals on all MV service dispatches. Work with Contracts and A/P teams as needed.

Experience: 3 years professional experience preferred.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Required Skills: Attention to detail; Strong organizational skills; Customer service focused; Ability to work both as part of a team and independently, as required; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Ability to work with internal and external customers; Ability to research; Intermediate to strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (especially Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.); Ability to shift priorities and focus on short notice to meet business demands; Passionate about producing highest-quality work at all times in order to meet compliance and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Skills: Critical thinking and problem-solving; Process improvement; Experience with B2B (note- this is not a sales position); Ability to learn systems quickly

Systems: Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce.com, ServiceMax, Philips Voice Cloud (Phone System)
