Description

Your Role: Provides on-the-job warehouse training for new and current employees. Provides training on safety and other key job functions within the warehouse.

  • Trains assigned personnel to accurately, consistently, & safely use warehouse management systems, along with material handling equipment & supplies
  • Serves as a coach and mentor to assigned personnel
  • Evaluates performance of assigned personnel
  • Follows and applies standard work and work instructions
  • Works to eliminate waste in all areas of the position

Role Specifics:

  • Environment: Working in below negative temperatures to high heat temperatures
  • Travel: Occasional overnight travel required. Must have ability to travel independently as needed, without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train

We Need You To Have:

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Degree
  • Demonstrated on-the-job behaviors that reflect positive and constructive approaches to business issues.

  • Prior success in a leadership or training role
  • Strong communication skills
