The Blueprint Underground Cocktail Club is currently seeking a talented Operations Manager to run a world class nightclub.
Responsibilities include hiring, training and evaluating personnel, cash flow management, purchasing, inventories, sales goals, profit-and-loss statements and payroll. Quality control in terms of inspecting venue, maintaining high service standards and ensuring guest satisfaction. Maintaining a safe, secure environment while complying with state and local regulations.
