Staff Pharmacist - Per Diem
Lincoln Medical Center
Fayettville, TN


As a per diem, nonexemptCPS Solutions, LLCStaff Pharmacist,you will fill orders with accuracy; check technician-prepared products before release; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; aid in the training of new staff; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy.

Schedule:There is not a regular set schedule for this position. This position works a minimum 4 hours per month and up to a maximum of 19 hours per week, shifts as needed.

About the Facility: Comprised of 49 acute beds, Lincoln Medical Center provides a full range of services. With the construction of a replacement facility in 2001, the hospital offers over 87,000 square feet of state-of-the-art amenities. It is accredited by Joint Commission. CPS Solutions, LLChas partnered with the hospital to manage the day to day operations of this pharmacy. This position is an employee of CPS Solutions, LLC.

About the Pharmacy: The Pharmacy utilizes Pyxis. The Pharmacy is open Monday through Friday 7:00AM - 4:00PM, Saturday and Sunday 8:00AM - 12:00PM.

Required Qualifications:

  • BS or PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy
  • Tennessee Pharmacist license in good standing
  • Previous hospital pharmacist experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, make critical decisions, and respond to client concerns
  • Demonstrated accuracy and timeliness in a work setting
  • Experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and pharmacy information systems
  • Effective communications skills; verbal and written

Hospital Requirements (may be required):

  • (PPD) TB Skin Test - Proof ofnegativeTB skin test within thelast 12 months
  • (MMR) Measles, Mumps and Rubella or a blood titer proving immunity
  • Varicella - (2) documented doses or a blood titer proving immunity
  • Hep B3 Series (or declination)
  • (Flu) Influenza-required for hire between Oct 1st-April 30th
  • COVID Vaccination
