Description/Responsibilities

This role will focus on sales strategy and overarching efforts focused on increasing revenue. This role will be responsible for understanding market forces and competitive intel, as well as goal setting and strategy development for new sales and current client upsells. The ideal candidate has an analytical mind with the ability to act as an inspirational adviser and business partner while working cross functionally with Sales, Client Relations, Marketing, and Public Relations.

    Proactively identify, develop, and drive key sales strategies that deliver long term profitable growth based on industry needs and sales process insights.
  • Provide consultation to the Client Relations and Sales teams around product positioning and sales approach to ensure the team is taking advantage of all opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Responsible for the development, and continuous update, of sales strategy frameworks, competitive insights, trend assessments, and market sizing in order to influence strategies to increase market share of Tivity products.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to ensure Sales and Client Relations are hitting goals and generating sufficient quality pipeline to meet quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the B2B marketing team to obtain and advise on content that drives growth, advising on, and executing comprehensive go-to-market plans.
  • Drive the use of Salesforce as a guiding tool, modernizing the way Sales and Client Relations use Salesforce throughout the sales process.
  • Ensure monitoring of key sales performance indicators for senior leadership to review on a monthly basis, including dashboards within Salesforce.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred, or relevant experience.
  • Experience in strategy development and execution, resulting in measurable revenue impact.
  • Experience selling to Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans.
  • Experience planning and running strategic sales trainings.
  • Experience providing sales consulting services, either internally or externally
  • Experience using Salesforce as a tool that increases productivity and revenue.
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry and emerging payor trends
  • Creative ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth and sales expansion.
  • Ability to understand and use data to set goals and define strategies.
  • Natural ability to collaborate with and inspire others to drive growth for the organization.
  • Creative eye, with an intention towards detail and efficiency
  • Natural ability to see opportunities and a love for solving problems.
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and in written form
  • Ability to listen for understanding to determine the why behind the ask.
  • Proactive and collaborative, with a sense of urgency in driving to reach business goals.
  • Open to business travel (up to 25%)
