Work Schedule: Typically, you will work from 6am until 2pm - Monday thru Friday.

What You Will Be Up To:

  • Craft enticing menus and oversee the preparation and presentation of meals.
  • Manage dining spaces, ensuring they are inviting and well-maintained.
  • Lead a team of dining staff, fostering teamwork and a positive atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with vendors to source high-quality, fresh ingredients.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and storage.
  • Implement cost-control measures while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Develop and execute promotional activities to enhance the dining experience.

Key Duties:

  • Placing orders
  • Setting staff schedule
  • Administering disciplinary action, if necessary
  • Daily/weekly/monthly reporting- including inventory.
  • Setting coherent menu to coincide with inventory usage.
  • Microsoft Office Suite skills preferred (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Who We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Food Service Manager or relevant role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
