The Sr. Financial Analyst will utilize his/her skills sets to identify process improvements, perform variance analysis, prepare executive presentations, coordinate the workflow of forecast and budget and implement best practices as part of a collaborative team. This is a unique opportunity to establish best practices processes in a fast paced start up environment!

Location: The person selected for this position will be required to be located within or near the Memphis Metropolitan Area where the plant will be located (Marshall County, MS).
Responsibilities:
Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecast process.
Participate in the month-end closing process including journal entries, financial statement review and reporting requirements.
Perform variance analysis for spending.
Ensure timely and accurate account reconciliations and financial reporting.
Coordinate with external auditors.
Ensure timely and accurate competition of analytical reports
Initiate process improvements and assist with special projects.
Qualifications:
BS/BA Accounting Degree and 5 + years of relevant accounting experience.
CPA or CFA desired.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Research and problem-solving skills
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
Must be comfortable making oral presentations to peers and management.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Excel.
Proficiency in Access desirable.
Data Analytic software experience desirable.
Strong organizational skills required to manage various projects.
Deadline-driven and self-motivated
Supervisory experience desirable.
SAP Experience a plus
Manufacture experience desired.
