Mission

The Finance Manager is responsible for accounting, cost accounting, accounts payables, accounts receivables, invoicing, and data entry. To ensure financial data is accurate and timely prepared, in accordance with Group guidelines and any relevant local regulations and local statutory rules. To ensure that adequate internal control processes are in place and that Group processes are implemented. To implement cost accounting and cost analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare accounts reconciliations, variance analysis and anomalies investigation.
  • Ensure accuracy of entries to ledger accounts.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports.
  • Implement cost accounting and prepare analysis of material and overhead variations.
  • Perform budget control/analysis.
  • Guarantee that appropriate internal control procedures are in place. Review or implement policies and procedures.
  • Lead, motivate and develop the Finance team. Guarantee efficient processes are in place.
  • Manage Intercompany Matching System (ICE).
  • Lead/support new projects.
  • Prepare Tax calculations and files in collaboration with Tax Department Team.
  • Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What we expect from you?

Qualifications/Experience

* Fully qualified accountant and 4+ years of previous experience in a related role

Education

4-Year degree (B.S. or B.A.) in accounting or finance, CMA, MBA and/or CPA a plus.
