Job Summary:

The Human Resources Partner is the local human resources representative responsible for implementing Altium's HR and people strategies and administering core HR policies and procedures.

Essential Function - Roles/Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Local HR partner for execution of People Strategies to include:

• hourly talent acquisition
• employee relations activities
• retention analysis & action planning
• HR Administration for On and Off boarding
• payroll
• timekeeping and compliance
• benefit and policy questions
• Administers companywide HR initiatives
• Coach and influence leaders and associates
• Conducts employee investigations

Education Level preferred Associate or experience

Certifications Preferred:

• 2 to 3 years of HR Generalist Experience Preferred
• 1 year of Recruitment Experience Preferred
• 1 year of Employee Relations Experience
• Exposure to Employee Investigations
• 1 year of HR Administration Experience (generalist payroll, etc.)
