Job Description

SRG Global is seeking a Value Stream Manager!

This role can be based out of any SRG Global location in the US.

In this role you will be responsible for improving the health of our value streams by partnering with capabilities across SRG's end-to-end supply chain. You will understand the highest value areas to focus on to break constraints and improve the overall value stream in order to drive a stable supply chain and customer profitability.

What You Will Do

  • Monitor and improve the health of key value streams across customers
  • Identify, communicate, and ensure proper escalation and ownership to break constraints
  • Partner with the production control team to modify stocking/Kanban levels to sustain improvement
  • Ensure connectivity to business management on key disruptions to customer service, profitability, and past due build plans
  • Work with and through other capabilities to prioritize the highest value areas of profitability for the value streams across our top customers
  • Proactive design of value stream, operating plan/stock strategy and key risks pre/post launch
  • Travel ~25% domestically

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience in operations, supply chain or engineering
  • Experience with manufacturing or operations
  • Experience leading through influence (e.g., cross functional teams, indirect reports, etc.)
  • Experience with lean thinking, kaizen, constraint management, and value stream mapping

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain or Business Management
  • Experience in the Automotive Industry
  • Experience with working with automotive OEMs as customers
