Job Summary

The analyst will be pivotal in streamlining and strengthening the security and compliance posture for the North American region of Rentokil Terminix.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

The GRC Analyst will fulfil the following responsibilities, but is not limited to:

  • Analyze and document information security standards and requirements in the area of risk and compliance.

  • Collaborate with information security and other IT/Business functions to document and report on relevant initiatives and projects.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders and assist in planning and managing audit and risk assessment activities, which include and not limited to SOX, PCI and country assessments.

  • Collect, track and report on risks and audit findings.

  • Manage mitigation tracking and reporting of risks and audit findings.

  • Support information security team in establishing security practices and risk management in IT activities.

  • Information Security Regional Support - Collaborate with information security colleagues to document and report on relevant initiatives and projects.

CANDIDATE SUMMARY

Required Experience

  • 7+ years in technology, and at least 5 years specifically focused in Security, IT Security, Risk Management and/or Data Privacy.

  • Experience with IT governance, risk, and compliance management leveraging industry frameworks like NIST, ISO, CIS and COBIT.

  • Experience in managing and prioritzing information security and cybersecurity risk across the organization.

  • Ability to facilitate and organize compliance activities to meet regulatory requirements, like SOX, PCI, etc., and information security policies.

  • Experience with Identity and Access Management standards and tools.

  • Ability to develop reports and metrics for varying audiences, leadership through operational teams.

  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, Senior leadership to technical and business teams.

  • Ability to partner with IT and business functions to report and track risks.

  • Experience with information security policies, standards and relevant guidelines development.

Required Leadership Traits and Characteristics

  • Ability to navigate through complex systems and excel in a fast paced environment.

Formal Education, Qualifications or Training

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Experience with GRC and/or risk management systems - Implementation and management.

  • Security certifications, like CISSP, ISC2, etc. are a plus.
