As a pivotal component of the manufacturing process, the Material Deployment Coordinator ensures the timely and accurate delivery of materials to production lines, utilizing SAP and Microsoft Office. This role involves coordinating material flow, maintaining inventory accuracy, and cutting production orders, all while adhering to cGMP standards. Effective cross-departmental communication is key to meeting manufacturing demands efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Efficiently pull materials to support production and kitting schedules, ensuring timely delivery to manufacturing lines.
2. Maintain inventory accuracy within bin locations and ensure precise deliveries to production areas through diligent management and reconciliation.
3. Operate proficiently within Microsoft Office applications and document management systems for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
4. Adhere strictly to cGMP standards, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail in all tasks and documentation.
5. Cut production orders based on schedules, ensuring timeliness and effective cross-departmental communication to meet manufacturing needs.
6. Holds oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus' Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures and internal controls applicable to their role.
7. Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
* High School Diploma or equivalent, with a preference for experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
* At least two years of relevant experience in material handling or inventory management, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical sectors.
* Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office suite, with an aptitude for quickly adapting to new technologies.
* Understanding of 5S/6S methodologies, showcasing strong organizational and time management skills.
* Flexibility to assume varied responsibilities and adjust to changing priorities as needed.
