Join ENERCON's Nuclear Service Group as an Engineering Site Lead in Soddy-Daisy, TN, where you'll oversee a range of critical tasks. From preparing design change packages to coordinating meetings and tracking project schedules, your role will be essential in ensuring project success. Additionally, you'll play a key role in safety briefings, identifying new business opportunities, and providing on-site support, showcasing your leadership and dedication to excellence.
The Nuclear Service Group is seeking an Engineering Site Lead to join the team based in our Soddy-Daisy, TN location(s).
- Coordinate attendance at design review meetings
- Coordinate site deliverable reviews and approvals
- Perform/assist with walk-downs and data gathering
- Track project schedules and resource loading
- Perform pre-job safety briefs
- Develop/identify new business opportunities
- Lead weekly client interface/project status meetings and providing other on-site support, as needed
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Electrical or Mechanical or Nuclear Engineering (related degrees or experience will be considered)
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in nuclear power or heavy industry
- Strong communication skills
- Project Management experience beneficial
- Design Engineering or field experience beneficial
- Ability to pass a pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings, ENERCON and client specific background checks, and annual motor vehicle record (MVR) according to company and client policies
- Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access at nuclear sites
