Position Title: Business Development Executive

Job Status: Full Time

Compensation: Rate: Base - $90,000; Target incentives

Schedule: Work From Home; Mon - Fri

Up to 25% Travel

What Will Be Your Purpose: We are seeking a proven, results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to hunt for new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving healthcare outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Prospect, identify, and prioritize new business opportunities within the healthcare industry, with a focus on home-based care providers, insurers, and healthcare organizations.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers.
  • Conduct presentations to showcase the value proposition of our home-based longitudinal collaborative care solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market insights to senior management.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of related work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively prospect, negotiate, and close deals with healthcare providers and organizations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
