A manufacturing company in the San Fernando Valley is looking for a Director of Finance to join their team. Reporting to the CFO, the Director of Finance will be responsible for strategy, data analytics, and assisting with mergers and acquisitions. What do you need for this Director of Finance role?
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
- 15+ years of finance experience
- Advanced Excel
- Experience working in a manufacturing (or similar industry)
- Experience using data visualization software
- Ideally has prior experience in venture capital, consulting, M&A, investment banking, or related experience
- Assist with creating and executing financial strategy
- Use data visualization tools to present insights and trends
- Analyze and interpret data related to inventory, supply chain costs, and operations
- Assist with inventory control and optimization, and assist with financial reporting
- Budgeting, forecasting, and variances analysis
- Created predictive models using historical data to forecast inventory needs and financial performance
- Analyze opportunities for process enhancements and automation to streamline workflows
