A Westside entertainment company is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their team. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for reconciliations, cash management, amortization, accruals, and assisting with AP. To be successful in this role, the Staff Accountant will need to have critical thinking skills, great time management skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. What do you need for this Staff Accountant role?
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • 1-3 years of public accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP
  • Advanced Excel
What will you do in this Staff Accountant role?
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Cash management and assist with cash forecasting
  • Expense allocations and intercompany transactions
  • Review aging schedules
  • Assist with billing and fixed assets
  • Assist with prepaids and amortization
  • Support the external audit and tax requests
  • Ad-hoc reporting
