Title:Student Worker - Information Technology

Location:Maury Regional Center in Columbia, TN

Position Shift: Temporary7:00am-5:00pm

Position Summary:

This position is reserved for students seeking experience in the IT field. Students must be actively enrolled in a technical program or college degree program with an emphasis in the computer field. Responds to telephone calls and email requests for technical support. Documents and validates customer information and routes issues to the appropriate subject matter experts. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.

Credentials / Education:

* Current IT Student in good standing Required

*High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
