Description

This position performs repetitive line assembly to mass-produce automotive steering columns and/or sub-assemblies following written and/or verbal specifications by performing the duties shown below. This is an hourly non-exempt position with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour; at 90-Days $17.00 per hour; at 6 mos $19.00 per hour and top out at $20.00 per hour at 1 year. An additional $1.00 per hour for 2nd shift premium and .70 per hour for 3rd shift. (Wages increase coming April 1st)

Positions open are on 2nd shift 2pm-10pm or 4pm-2am

Potential Quarterly Bonus up to 4%.
