Maintains the facilities, equipment and grounds of an industrial property by performing the following duties:
- Cleans floors, walls, ceilings and equipment with hand tools and mechanical means.
- Mixes and uses approved cleaning chemicals and water.
- Dusts equipment and walls including high dusting using hand tools and or a vacuum cleaner.
- Operates floor cleaning machine, forklift and Scissor lift.
- Cleans floors with brooms, mop or floor cleaning machine.
- Properly handle and dispose of dirty cleaning solutions.
- Cleans outside areas of trash and other debris.
- Performs other chores as required.
- Perform Covid19 task as trained for cleaning daily.
- Assist the maintenance group as needed.

High School Diploma or GED required.
