This position pays $19 per hour

We are currently seeking a Production Line Leadto join our new and dynamic team in Clarksville, TN as part of the Production Team!

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the movement of product through the production area

* Ensure that standard operating procedures and engineering procedures are followed and that all work is done in compliance to ensure maximum quality

* Assist in leading and developing a high performance team

* Assist in efforts to increase employee satisfaction and strengthen employee culture

* Provide effective guidance to achieve the required quality and production goals

* Ensure that product is in the process at all times. Plan and organize work for efficient operations.

*Achievement of daily, monthly and annual team targets

* Promotes a safe working environment and monitors compliance activities to support the safety program

Education and Experience:

* High School diploma or equivalency.

* Manufacturing experience required

* 1+ year line lead experiences required

Knowledge and skills (general and technical):

* Ability to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality/quantity

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekday and weekend overtime
