Job Description

YOUR ROLE
Responsible for the supervision,performance and payroll management of employeesin theday-to-day activities of physically performinginventory counts, recording and reporting data results,assistingwith research and reconciling inventory discrepancies. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Provides leadership and guidance to staff in allactivities associated with physically performing inventory counts, record recording and reporting data results,assistingwith researching and reconciling inventory discrepancies.
  • Ensures accurate payroll entries are made for staff.
  • Runs inventory report using the appropriate inventory query from WMS program and transfers data to Count Sheet template and shared network.
  • Prints Count Sheets in location sequence.
  • Conducts physical inventory count and enters quantity onto Count Sheet.
  • Records and enters count resultsinto system files.
  • Research inventory discrepancies by cycle counting discrepant items.
  • Run transaction history toidentify the last locations that product was stored.
  • Conduct search of "Staging" areas.
  • Perform "Empty" location audits.
  • Record and report the results of the count and audits.
  • Report findings to departmentmanager or designated representative.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; or equivalent combination of work experience and completion of the LDP Program.
  • Minimum three to four years related experience.
  • Minimum three years industry experience preferred.
  • Minimum one year supervisory or lead experience required.
