Position Overview:

This position will work on behalf of our client - a major American multinational food, snack and beverage corp.

What you'll do as the

Reporting & Oversight:

  • Prepare and enter Period forecasts into Hyperion as needed by finance team.
  • Capex Financial Management
  • Track the spend in the overall Program against estimates and Capex.
  • Track and report risk and opportunities
  • Provide project support and analysis
  • Support defined Owner of Budget.
  • Prepare for and present a review meeting with Customer & IT Partners once per period.
  • Prepare for and present a review meeting with Business Division personnel if warranted
  • PO, Invoice Processing, and SAP cart creation.
  • Calculate Actuals
  • Work closely with project managers and delivery leads to track spend within Delivery and Field Services management functions
  • Forecast vs actuals variance analysis and reporting.
  • Closely monitor project actuals in SAP posted to project during period close to ensure all charges expected hit.
  • Period close activities
  • Third party quote and invoice Management
  • Acquire on-time billing and invoicing, escalating to Delivery Director if required
  • Auditing - Hardware (i.e., Cabling) Estimate Auditing
  • Fixed Asset Capitalization Reporting.
  • Partner with Fixed Assets leadership and analysts to ensure accurate periodic billing across capital and expense reporting

What you will bring to the team:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of five (5) years of hands-on Financial Analyst experience.
  • Working knowledge of SAP
  • Strong attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Experience working in at least one interrelated departmental project.
  • Proven experience effectively interacting with customers, including relationship building.
  • Ability to work with customer management team to provide status and set expectations to ensure project success.
  • Negotiation skills to achieve coordination and results
  • Experience with, or managing project financials within delivery and field services management functions.
  • Ability to proactively develop and implement strategies that significantly mitigate risk.
  • Ability to work and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
