Responsibilities
The Department of Global Pediatric Medicine (GPM)/St. Jude Global (SJG) at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (SJCRH) is seeking a talented and thoughtful team member to fill the role of St. Jude Global Operations Project Coordinator who will manage the design, coordination, implementation, and oversight of processes and initiatives benefitting St. Jude Global and the St. Jude Global Alliance, including the support and development of projects for executive leadership. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and an interest in creating documentation and progress reports on project implementation.
The St. Jude Global Operations Project Coordinator will be responsible for:
Providing support for department leadership on executive projects, including developing and implementing project plans and preparing presentations and reports
Assisting the St. Jude Global Operations team by developing a strategic plan for growth, coordinating and aligning initiatives across regional and transversal teams, and establishing relationships with Alliance members
Collaborating with other departments, programs, and cohorts internally and externally
Managing multiple projects including prioritizing tasks, developing and maintaining timelines, and monitoring overall progress
Facilitating written and spoken communication in live meetings, presentations, and email
Managing and assisting with meetings, workshops, and other events, both in-person and virtual
Ensuring alignment with departmental and institutional policies and practices
Skills and Abilities
Capacity to plan and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an interest in creating new materials
Strong analytical skills with the ability to anticipate problems and create opportunities
Proven ability to be a team-player and to express ideas objectively and effectively
Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite with the ability to create reports and presentations
Flexibility in schedule to accommodate meetings across different time zones
Cultural sensitivity is a must

Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
Master's degree in a related field preferred
Minimum Experience:
Three (3) years of experience and expertise in complex project management required
Experience with business relationship management in an international setting preferred
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Outlook Calendar tools, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint required
Fluency in a second language is a plus
Compensation
In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
