Company Description: Emcara Health is a collaborative in-home care company. As part of our strategic growth, we are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Competitive Intelligence Analyst.

Job Description: As a Competitive Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support our company's strategic decision-making process. You will monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats. This role requires strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise reports.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive research on competitors, including their products, pricing strategies, market share, and key personnel.

* Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and threats.

* Collect and analyze data from various sources, such as market reports, industry publications, and online databases.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess competitive positioning and develop strategies to enhance our market presence.

* Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings to communicate key findings and recommendations to senior management.

* Stay updated on emerging technologies and methodologies in competitive intelligence analysis to continuously improve processes and deliverables.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

* 1-3 years of experience in competitive intelligence, market research, or a similar analytical role.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

* Proficiency in research methodologies and data analysis techniques.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.

* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data visualization tools.

* Experience with competitive intelligence software and databases is a plus.
