The Therapeutic Apheresis Quality Coordinator works to improve patient care, promote safety, and reduce errors. Identifies, develops, and implements initiatives to enhance performance and productivity. Implements changes to continually improve outcomes. Collect data and evaluate the effectiveness and safety of treatment while the patient is in the care of the apheresis department. Communicate effectively in collaboration with other departments, patient/family, external agencies, and community members. Ensure quality improvements and quality standards are met in accordance with city, state, and federal regulations.Coordinates and analyzes nursing and other pediatric hematology/oncology patient care services, including quality improvement/management, patient and staff satisfaction, and maintenance of national standards of care. Provides guidance for all aspects of quality patient care within the St. Jude Affiliate Clinics.

This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
