Job Summary
This investment area consists of over 500 individual projects across the portfolio of 62 hydroelectric power plants and associated hydraulic infrastructure along 10 rivers totaling about 3.8 GW of generation capacity).
Required Skills/ Abilities
- Individuals must possess at least 5 years of experience in management of deployment of the HydroPower Generation.
- Individual must possess demonstrated experience in oversight of construction planning, scheduling, and project execution; oversight and review of hydropower facility refurbishment and maintenance, new-build utility-scale battery storage systems, or transmission & distribution systems reconductoring, upgrades, and maintenance.
- organization development, operations and implementation, and QA/QC and health and safety and OSHA compliance (as applicable).
- Individuals must demonstrate experience in assessing effectiveness and execution of contractor performance in executing EPC responsibilities or large-scale DER deployment, sub-contractor performance in accordance with requirement and clauses.
- Effectiveness of supply chain management with respect to quality control, delivery schedules, and cost management.
- Effectiveness of supply chain management with respect to quality control, delivery schedules, and cost management.
- Ability to travel. Should assume 3 trips in the first year and one trip annually for additional years.
- U.S. Citizenship.
Education
- Individuals must possess at least a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, in such fields as one of the engineering disciplines, physical sciences, public or business administration related to technical, manufacturing or construction management.
